Exit The Room

Exit The Room is a European escape-room operator — physical venues where small teams are locked into a themed, story-driven room and must solve interlinked puzzles to escape against a countdown. The brand operates branches in Austria, Hungary and Germany and is expanding outside Europe as well. What sets it apart is a broad catalogue of proprietary games: multiple branded plots run in parallel across several rooms in a single venue. On top of that sits a booking system and websites supplied by HQ, plus a separate line of remote escape games with a live avatar, where a game master streams from a physical room to off-site players and follows their instructions.

As a franchisee you don't build the concept from scratch — you join a complete turnkey partner system. HQ supplies the brand, the full room concepts and storylines, set-build and decoration specifications, the booking system and website, the operating playbook, ongoing new-game development and an online product under your name. You handle the real-world side: securing and fitting out the venue, hiring and training game masters, running daily operations, local marketing and the on-site customer experience. The brand does not yet have branches in Czechia, Slovakia or Poland, so you deal directly with the Austrian HQ.
