Esotiq

Esotiq is a Polish brand that designs and sells its own women's underwear, nightwear, swimwear and accessories through its own network of branded boutiques in shopping centres and on busy high streets. What sets it apart is its in-house design and own-brand product paired with a franchise model that is unusually low-friction for the operator to launch. It builds its franchise offer mainly on the Polish market; so far, it has reached the Czech Republic primarily through its own e-shop.

The franchise package runs on a consignment (deposit) basis: as the operator you do not buy or own the stock — it remains the property of headquarters. HQ designs and helps fit out the store interior, provides the point-of-sale hardware, fiscal printer and payment terminal at its own expense, trains you and your staff including product knowledge, runs marketing campaigns, manages the product mix for your store through its own department, and pays for the delivery of shipments. You secure and pay for the retail premises and its adaptation, hire and manage the sales team, run day-to-day operations and uphold brand standards and visual-merchandising rules.
