Esotiq is a brand that designs and sells its own women's underwear, nightwear, swimwear and specialized beauty and cosmetics lines through its own network of branded boutiques in shopping centres and on high streets. What sets it apart is its in-house design and own-brand product paired with a franchise model that is unusually low-friction for the operator to launch.

The franchise package runs on a consignment (deposit) basis: as the operator you do not buy or own the stock. Headquarters supplies the goods on consignment, designs and fits out the store interior, provides the point-of-sale hardware, fiscal printer and payment terminal, trains you and your staff, supplies marketing and promotional materials and seasonal campaigns, optimizes the assortment to your location, handles logistics and delivery of goods, and assigns a regional sales manager who visits and supports the store regularly. You secure and pay for the retail premises and its local adaptation, hire and manage the sales team, run day-to-day operations and uphold brand and visual-merchandising standards.
