As a franchisee you run a single studio under the network's brand and standards, while headquarters gives you a proven concept and full onboarding. HQ helps with site selection and lease negotiation, the interior design and layout of the unit, sourcing and financing the EMS equipment (via a partner equipment brand and leasing), recruiting and certifying trainers through its own training program, a customer-experience and standards playbook, launch marketing plus ongoing promotional support and periodic quality audits. You secure the premises and financing, hire and manage the local team, deliver sessions to the brand standard, and handle day-to-day operations and local client relationships.
