Dorsia

Dorsia is a branded chain of aesthetic-medicine and cosmetic-surgery clinics (not a dental practice). Under one consumer brand it offers cosmetic surgery (breast, body contouring, facial), non-surgical aesthetic medicine (injectables, laser, body treatments), plus dedicated units for weight loss and nutrition and for hair transplants. What sets it apart is that it is one of the doctor-led groups to have turned a regulated clinical service into a replicable franchise format — pairing a heavily marketed brand with standardized medical protocols and a sophisticated patient-acquisition system.

As a franchisee you open and own a clinic under the Dorsia brand within an assigned local territory. HQ gives you the established brand, the clinical and operational system (protocols, treatment menu, pricing, software and client records), site selection and fit-out guidance, recruitment and training of medical and sales staff, central marketing combining digital and traditional advertising, and a central call-center with a booking and commercial structure. You run day-to-day operations: leading the medical team and consultants, converting leads into treatments, controlling local costs, ensuring clinical quality and patient experience, and hitting commercial targets. HQ explicitly seeks hands-on operating partners with leadership and commercial talent, not passive investors. However, the network is concentrated in Spain and Portugal — it has no clinics in Czechia or Slovakia and does not list these markets.
