DG Restauracje is the gastronomy brand of the Polish firm Doradztwo Gastronomiczne and works as a turnkey restaurant-creation system combined with a franchise or partner model. Instead of selling one rigid brand, headquarters builds a complete eatery for you from scratch and then stands behind its day-to-day operation. What's distinctive is the breadth of formats under one roof — as a partner you can launch a pizzeria, café, trattoria, burger bar, sushi/Asian bar, salad bar, pasta or chicken concept — with the founders drawing on decades of HoReCa and FMCG experience and a portfolio of their own running restaurants.

HQ handles location selection, architectural and technological design, fit-out and renovation, equipment purchasing, menu development, recipes and supplier sourcing, plus staff recruitment and training. It then supplies the brand name, an operations manual and a set of control systems — a product and quality system, weekly stock-and-loss reporting, financial reporting for profit control, monthly on-site restaurant evaluations and mystery-shopper service checks. As the operator you run the unit on the ground, keep full legal, financial and organizational independence, own the restaurant and carry the business risk.
