Chinkalnia (known internationally as Khinkalnya) is a full-service Georgian restaurant concept and the largest Georgian-cuisine chain in Central and Eastern Europe. The hook is authentic Georgian food and hospitality: hand-folded khinkali dumplings, khachapuri cheese bread baked to order, grilled kebabs, soups and shared appetizers, paired with Georgian wine and the warm atmosphere of a supra feast. It isn't another generic restaurant but a clearly differentiated, fast-growing ethnic-dining category with its own loyal following.

As a franchisee you run a single branded restaurant under a license, and HQ supplies the full turnkey package. It includes location assessment and approval, interior design and kitchen technology and layout planning, the entire menu with standardized recipes, training for cooks and front-of-house staff (a head chef personally certifies the cooks), operating manuals and procedures, vetted equipment with access to food suppliers, a shared marketing framework and a dedicated personal account manager for ongoing support. You secure and fit out the premises, hire and manage the team, and run daily operations to brand standards.
