Beza Krówka is a Polish artisanal ice-cream brand (lody rzemieślnicze) built around a signature flavour that combines meringue (beza) and caramel fudge (krówka). The ice cream is made in the traditional Italian style to proprietary recipes, with a rotating seasonal range, plus ice-cream cakes, milkshakes, coffee, lemonades and even ice cream for dogs. As the operator you open and run a branded point — you do not produce the product yourself.

The franchise package is set up as a soft, partnership-style arrangement: you run the branding and customer service while HQ handles central manufacturing, delivers the finished ice cream to you free using its own refrigerated fleet, and provides site-selection help, quality and hygiene standards, an operations manual, an online e-store for restocking, marketing materials, staff and management training, and ongoing coordinator coaching with sales analysis. The agreement usually includes a defined territory where HQ will not open a second point.
