Beza Krówka is a Polish artisanal ice-cream brand (lody rzemieślnicze) built around a signature flavour that combines meringue (beza) and caramel fudge (krówka). The ice cream is made in the traditional Italian style to proprietary recipes, with a broad rotating seasonal range, plus ice-cream cakes, milkshakes, craft coffee, lemonades and even ice cream for dogs. As the operator you open and run a branded point — you do not produce the product yourself.

The franchise package is set up as a soft, partnership-style arrangement: you run the branding and customer service while HQ (the parent producer in Konin) handles central manufacturing, delivers the finished ice cream to you free using its own refrigerated fleet, and provides site-selection help, quality, HACCP and GDPR standards, an operations manual, an online e-store for restocking, marketing materials, full staff and management training, and ongoing coordinator coaching with sales analysis.
