Aplend

Aplend is a Slovak accommodation network that grew up beneath the High Tatras — it runs its own resorts, apartments, and holiday homes, and alongside them offers guesthouse and apartment owners a partnership: connecting their property to an established brand. For the guest it means a mountain holiday under a name they know and trust; for the host it is a way to stop being an anonymous house lost in a flood of listings. It differs from a classic hotel franchise in that you build nothing — the property joining the network already stands and operates.

From the network you get a connection to the central reservation system and the brand's sales channels, joint marketing, operating know-how, and support in setting standards — from how the property is presented through pricing to guest care. Your responsibility remains the property itself and equipping it to the level the network requires, plus the staff, daily operations, and local hospitality. It is more a partnership than a hard franchise: the brand supplies the sales and marketing machine, while the house, the team, and the atmosphere stay yours.
