Aplend

Aplend is a Slovak accommodation network that grew up beneath the High Tatras — it runs its own resorts, apartments, and holiday homes, and alongside them looks for other properties to take over under its brand and management. It does not aim for a couple of apartments: it targets hotels, apartment buildings, guesthouses, and accommodation complexes with a capacity in the tens of beds and up. For the guest it means a mountain holiday under a name they know; for the owner it is a way to stop being an anonymous house lost in a flood of listings on portals.

The cooperation takes several forms. Closest to a classic partnership is management-mandate administration: the property remains yours, but the network takes over sales, marketing, pricing, and occupancy management, and looks after operating standards. The second path is the network entering the ownership structure of the property — from a share to a gradual buyout — tied to turning operations around and co-financing. The third option is investment projects, where the network steps in during preparation, construction, and the subsequent sale or operation of accommodation capacities. Your side remains the property and its condition, and in mandate administration, the owner's responsibility for investing in fit-out.
