AgencjaTlumaczen.pl is a network of bricks-and-mortar translation offices — local storefronts where customers drop off and pick up documents for standard and sworn (certified) translation across roughly a hundred languages. Alongside translations, the office offers ancillary paperwork services such as EU tax refunds and family-benefit filings for people who worked abroad. What sets the model apart is the deliberately simplified operator role: you run a customer-facing office and focus on sales, while all the linguistic work is executed centrally by the network's vetted translators.

As a franchisee you open a real office (working from home is not permitted) under the established brand and signage, take in orders, advise both walk-in and business clients, and forward jobs to head office. HQ supplies the brand, a centralized pool of certified and sworn translators, the order-handling system and document templates, onboarding training, marketing and lead support, and the entire back office that produces the finished translations. You don't need to speak any foreign language — your job is customer service and sales.
