You put your paid content or group behind one link, and Whop handles the payment, lets buyers in, and takes their access away when they stop paying.

Whop is an American platform for selling digital products and paid communities. Its centre of gravity is still selling access — to a Discord or Telegram group, to a course, to a set of files — but goods are no longer off the table: it connects to Shopify and can take the sale on itself as the seller of record, so the receipt then has its name on it, not yours. For most people that is a side road; the main thing stays selling access. It is also a marketplace: buyers browse it themselves looking for things to buy — they just have to click through to it. Open whop.com today and there is no shop window: the platform has since repositioned itself, and the home page greets you with an offer to build a business with AI and with code samples for developers. The marketplace now sits in a section called Discover — it still runs and still brings buyers in, it is simply no longer the first thing you see.
