Tally

Tally is an online tool for building forms and surveys, made by an independent Belgian team. It targets founders, marketers, and creators who want to collect responses, leads, or feedback quickly without coding or complex setup.

It works simply: you write your form like a document — typing text and inserting blocks (questions, fields, ratings). On the output side you gather answers into a clean table, track the number of submissions, and can set conditional logic that reveals further questions based on what the respondent chooses.
