Synthflow

Synthflow is a platform for building AI voice agents that handle phone calls on your behalf. It's made by a Berlin-based team that combined speech recognition, natural-sounding voices, and in-house telephony into a single tool. It's built for small businesses and larger teams in areas like bookings, customer support, or sales — anywhere people spend hours on repetitive phone calls.

It works simply: in a visual editor you assemble a call script from ready-made blocks — what the agent should say, what to ask, and where to route the caller. The agent then takes incoming calls or makes outbound ones, understands what the person says, and responds in its own voice. Everything is recorded and evaluated, so you see call transcripts, their outcomes, and where the script can be improved.
