Gelato is a print-on-demand platform run by a Norwegian company from Oslo. Instead of one central factory it connects a network of partner print facilities in more than 30 countries, and it suits anyone who wants to sell custom-printed products without inventory — from creators and designers to authors and e-shops with an international audience.

The principle is simple: you upload your design, pick a product from the catalog — t-shirts, hoodies, mugs, posters, photo books, calendars, and more — and connect Gelato to your store. When a customer buys, the system automatically routes the order to the print facility closest to their address: an item for Prague is printed in Europe, one for New York in the US. You pay only for the production and shipping of pieces that actually sell.
