Brevo (Sendinblue)

Brevo (formerly known as Sendinblue) is an all-in-one customer communication platform built by a French company, so it runs in full compliance with European GDPR. It combines email marketing, SMS, WhatsApp, CRM and automation in a single interface and is aimed mainly at small and medium businesses, e-shops and local companies that don't want to pay for expensive standalone tools.

The principle is simple: you upload your contact list, build a campaign in a no-code editor, and Brevo sends it out via email or SMS. At the same time it tracks who opened the message, who clicked and who purchased, and stores this data straight into the built-in CRM, so you have the full history of every contact in one place.
