Genetic fitness coaching based on DNA (Nutrigenomix interpretation)
Service interpreting DNA test results into concrete training and nutrition recommendations with ongoing 1:1 coaching.

Client sends raw DNA data from 23andMe, MyHeritage or orders dedicated fitness DNA test (Nutrigenomix, DNAfit, Atlas Biomed via your affiliate link). You interpret 15-30 fitness-relevant SNPs (ACTN3 power vs endurance, MCT1 lactate clearance, COL5A1 injury risk, FTO obesity tendency, BCMO1 vitamin A conversion). Output: 12-week training and nutrition plan + 4 follow-up 1:1 Zoom sessions + monthly retainer for plan adaptation based on progress.
Genetic fitness coaching is not about magical DNA exceptionalism โ it's about psychological buy-in. Client who knows they have 'slow caffeine metabolism' (CYP1A2 gene) or 'collagen injury tendency' (COL5A1) is substantially more compliant on programme than one given generic 'eat less, exercise more'. Personalisation research suggests DNA-based programmes tend to have markedly higher retention than generic programmes.
๐งฌ23andMe + MyHeritage have 30 million customers, most don't know what to do with raw data
23andMe sold 13M tests, MyHeritage 8M, AncestryDNA 22M โ together 40+ million people have raw DNA data. 75 percent of them never moved beyond ancestry insights, because health insights require medical professional or specialised coach. This is huge market sitting on 'unused data' waiting for someone to show them they can get value from it.
