Young Engineers (branded e2 Young Engineers) is an after-school enrichment concept that brings science, technology, engineering and math to children through "edutainment" — a blend of fun and learning. Every lesson demonstrates a real physics or engineering principle by having kids assemble a working model with their own hands, so learning feels like play. It uses proprietary LEGO-compatible kits and in-house platforms (such as Algobrix and Genius), all wrapped in storytelling. The program is age-tiered roughly from pre-schoolers to early teens, and the concept is endorsed by the European Union Commission and studied by Harvard's education initiative — which gives a local operator unusual credibility with both parents and schools.

As a franchisee you receive a complete turnkey package from HQ: a ready-made, copyrighted curriculum and proprietary teaching kits including mobile teaching units, a branded local website and social pages, ready marketing videos plus print and graphic templates, online training in operations, pedagogy and marketing, and an assigned business-success manager who supports you on an ongoing basis. HQ also reserves you a protected local territory sized by population. Your role is sales and organization: you recruit and train local instructors (or teach yourself at first), book venues, fill classes through local marketing and school relationships, run the schedule and handle customers and cash.
