Urban Obras

Urban Obras is a network of studios that handle renovations, conversions, and interior design for the client as one complete service — from the first survey and design through the construction work to the final interior details. It started in Portugal and rests on the idea that a client shouldn't deal separately with an architect, separately with tradespeople, and separately with a furniture supplier — they should have one partner who stands behind the whole result. It differs from an ordinary construction company in that it sells both the design and its execution under one brand, with a single standard for how it talks to the client.

As a franchisee you get a license to the brand, a proven studio operating model, and the support of the parent company — from commercial and technical procedures through marketing and lead generation to legal and day-to-day operational backing via a central support system. What stays on you is the studio itself and its team, managing jobs and construction crews, dealing with clients, and the quality of the work delivered in your region. It's 'turn-key' in how the business and the brand are run, but you lead the build and the people — trade expertise is a prerequisite here, not a nice-to-have.
