Tutor Doctor is a one-to-one personalized tutoring brand. Instead of running a fixed learning centre with group classes, it sends vetted local tutors directly to the student at home or connects them online, and builds an individual plan around each learner's needs, pace and goals. It tutors students from primary school through secondary and university, plus adult learners. The core is relationship and personalization, not a classroom and fixed curricula.

As a franchisee you get a protected local territory from HQ, the brand, a proprietary student-tutor matching system and operating platform, an extended structured onboarding with ongoing coaching, frameworks for lead generation and localized marketing, systems to recruit and train tutors, and back-office tools. You run the local business: you recruit and manage a roster of self-employed tutors, win and convert local enquiries, consult with families to scope each engagement, match the right tutor to each student and oversee quality and retention. No teaching credential is required — this is a management and sales role, not a tutoring one.
