Taster is a French concept that builds and runs digital food brands made exclusively for delivery. Instead of a restaurant with a dining room, as a franchisee you open a so-called dark kitchen — a production kitchen with no space for guests, from which you cook and hand off food only to couriers from delivery platforms. The twist is that you run several brands at once from a single kitchen: each has its own name, menu, and app profile, but physically they share the same line, team, and ingredients. It differs from an ordinary restaurant in that you never see the customer — all the value sits in speed, consistency, and visibility inside the delivery apps.
