POSES Studio is a boutique Reformer Pilates studio that started in Paris and places classic reformer training inside an immersive environment. Instead of a bare gym, the customer is wrapped in dimmed light, deliberate scenography, and music curated for the class — the whole session is run as a self-contained experience rather than a visit to a fitness club.
