POSES Studio is a boutique Reformer Pilates studio that started in Paris and places classic reformer training inside an immersive environment. Instead of a bare gym, the customer is wrapped in dimmed light, deliberate scenography, and music curated for the class — the whole session is run as a self-contained experience rather than a visit to a fitness club. It differs from ordinary pilates studios precisely in that emphasis on atmosphere: you train in a small group on reformers, but the impression is premium and sensory rather than sporty and technical.

As a franchisee you get a license to the brand, a proven concept, and the know-how of the parent group, The Sanctuary Group — from site selection and the architectural interior design to training the coaches and staff, digital marketing, and operational management systems. What stays on you is the premises and its build-out, hiring and leading the team of coaches, daily operations, and caring for the local clientele. It's closer to 'turn-key' in what makes the brand a brand (concept, visuals, scenography, and methodology), but running the studio, the people, and filling the schedule are your responsibility.
