OJOO is a German concept of unmanned self-service coffee counters — compact, app-driven kiosks that pour espresso drinks, milk beverages and hot chocolate in about a minute with no staff on site. The machine takes up roughly one square meter and needs only a single power socket, so an ordinary vending unit becomes a premium micro-café with a branded identity.

As a franchisee you buy or license the counter and run it yourself, while HQ supplies the hardware and recipes, helps analyze and select the location, gives legal guidance before and after opening, runs the central supply chain (ingredients, cups, lids and cleaning products are ordered directly through the app), maintains the software and 24/7 remote monitoring, and offers technical support including a loaner unit during repairs. You handle siting the machine, securing the spot with the host venue, daily restocking and basic upkeep.

You earn the margin on every cup sold from your unit. HQ in turn monetizes through the equipment sale, a one-time software license and an ongoing commission on net sales, plus margin on centrally supplied consumables. The economics rest on cup volume in a high-traffic location against very low fixed costs — no staff and minimal rent for one square meter.
