Mikel Coffee Company is a Greek coffeehouse chain built around Greek-coffee culture and an espresso-and-freddo menu (freddo espresso, freddo cappuccino). The brand positions itself as an accessible, fast-paced and design-forward café concept that travels well beyond its home market — it has branches across the Balkans, the Middle East and overseas. Its signature is the pairing of a Mediterranean coffee identity with a format-agnostic store concept that fits everything from full sit-down cafés to mall kiosks and drive-thrus.

As the operator you usually sign as a single-unit franchisee (larger area- and master-territory tiers are also available) for a defined term subject to renewal. HQ supplies the brand and market positioning, store architectural and interior design, certified-quality (ISO 22000) supply and recipes including its own espresso blend, full staff and barista training, ongoing operational support and marketing campaigns. You finance and build the unit, hire and manage the team, run daily operations to brand standards, source approved product through the system and drive local sales.
