As the operator you usually sign as a single-unit franchisee (larger area- and master-territory tiers are also available) for a defined term subject to renewal. HQ supplies the brand and market positioning, store architectural and interior design, a turnkey build-out concept, certified-quality (ISO 22000) supply and recipes, full staff and barista training, ongoing operational support and marketing campaigns. You finance and build the unit, hire and manage the team, run daily operations to brand standards, source approved product through the system and drive local sales.
