Mia Body Space is a chain of boutique studios targeted primarily at women, combining workouts in an infrared capsule with EMS body shaping. Inside the capsule, infrared heat and movement work on the body, while with EMS, electrical impulses engage the muscles even during calm exercise. It differs from a regular gym in that it isn't about grinding through weights — it's a calm, guided environment focused on body care and a moment for yourself. The concept started in Serbia and targets a clientele looking for a gentle form of movement paired with a wellness atmosphere.

As a franchisee you get a license to the brand, a proven operating concept, and the parent company's know-how — from the specification and supply of the devices and standardized protocols to training for you and your staff, studio appearance rules, central campaigns, PR materials, ongoing support, and quality checks. It also includes personal brand promotion by the founder on social media. What stays on you is the premises and fitting it out to the boutique standard, hiring and training a small team, the studio's daily operations, and local promotion and client care. It's closer to 'turn-key' in what makes the brand a brand (the technology and the look), but it's by no means hands-off: the location, the people, and the relationship with clients are your responsibility.
