Mia Body Space is a chain of boutique studios for women where you exercise inside an enclosed infrared vacuum capsule. The client walks on a treadmill inside the capsule while infrared heat and negative pressure work on surface circulation and support metabolism and a sense of relaxation. It differs from a regular gym in that it isn't about grinding through weights — it's a calm, guided environment focused on movement in warmth, body care, and a moment for yourself. The concept started in Croatia and targets women exclusively, the kind who are looking for a gentle form of movement paired with a wellness atmosphere.

As a franchisee you get a license to the brand, a proven operating concept, and the parent company's know-how — from the specification and supply of the capsules to operating and training manuals, marketing assets, visual identity, and staff onboarding. What stays on you is the premises and fitting it out to the boutique standard, hiring and training a small team, the studio's daily operations, and local promotion and client care. It's closer to 'turn-key' in what makes the brand a brand (the technology and the look), but it's by no means hands-off: the location, the people, and the relationship with clients are your responsibility.
