Metrohouse is Poland's largest branded network of residential and commercial real-estate brokerage offices, part of the Budapest-listed Duna House / DH Group. As a franchisee you run an office on a defined regional territory under a nationally recognized brand and plug into a large shared listings database spanning both the secondary market and the primary (developer) market. The ecosystem also includes an integrated mortgage and financial-intermediation arm operating under the group's lending brand, so a single office can earn from both brokerage and loan referral at the same time.

HQ supplies the brand and national marketing and PR, a proprietary CRM and listings/publication platform (with AI-assisted listing descriptions and e-signature contracts), ready-made legal and contract templates, a structured startup training in Warsaw plus management and sales/marketing workshops and e-learning. You also get a dedicated business development manager who coaches you through office setup, agent recruitment and the first months of operation. You lease and fit out a local office, recruit and manage a team of agents, drive client acquisition on your regional market and personally engage in winning listings and closing deals.
