Little Kickers is the world's leading football programme for the youngest children — from toddlers taking their first steps up to early school age. Classes run in age-banded groups and are structured, playful and non-competitive: children build motor skills, listening, sharing and confidence rather than chasing trophies. As a franchisee you buy an exclusive local territory and run a class-based service — not a fixed premises. Head office provides the established brand, the proprietary age-graded curriculum with ready-made lesson plans, a coach recruitment and training framework, a booking and IT system, marketing templates and campaigns, ongoing support from field contacts and an annual conference. Your job is to secure venues, recruit and manage a team of coaches, fill classes through local marketing and community outreach, and handle day-to-day administration and customer care. It is an owner-operator management model that scales by adding coaches and class slots, not by opening buildings.
