Laforêt is a long-established French real-estate agency network operating under a franchise model and is one of the established brands for residential sales, rentals, property management and syndic (co-ownership management). Its strength lies in wide consumer brand recognition in its home market combined with an onboarding path open to both seasoned real-estate professionals and career-changers — the latter can obtain the legally required professional qualification through an in-house training program run with an academic partner.

Within the franchise, HQ grants you the right to operate under the Laforêt brand and hands over a turnkey system: the brand and national advertising, a shared property and client database, a full digital toolkit (advisor apps, virtual tours, electronic signature), legal and commercial methods, initial multi-week training for you and your staff, continuous training, network guidance and help finding and structuring the office. As a legally and financially independent business owner, you finance and fit out the local office, obtain the professional qualification, recruit and manage the local sales team, build the mandate portfolio and run day-to-day client-facing operations within brand standards. The network is based in France and has long operated in Luxembourg; it plans to expand to Switzerland, Belgium, Canada, Morocco and Mauritius. The Czech Republic and Slovakia are not among these markets and the brand does not even list them among its target markets.
