Head office assigns an openings team to guide you through finding and fitting out the unit, a personal franchise manager who reviews performance and supports growth, intensive supervision in the first year, ongoing training in various business areas, and both central and local marketing. As the operator you find and adapt the premises, hire and lead the teaching staff, run the day-to-day school management and local enrolment — and deliver the method to the agreed quality. Each franchisee gets an exclusive protected territory.
