illiCO travaux is a French network for brokering and coordinating building work — a field the French call 'courtage en travaux'. The franchisee works as a project manager between the client and the trades: they walk through the renovation or construction inquiry on site, take it to vetted partner companies, compare their quotes, and then accompany the chosen project all the way to handover. The client no longer has to ring around individual trades and keep an eye on them alone, while the craftsmen receive prepared, clearly defined jobs.
