Il Toto

Il Toto is a Greek specialty coffee concept where roasting and selling meet in one place: every location is both a small grab-and-go shop and a working roastery, so customers take coffee that's roasted right there. The emphasis is on specialty beans, a simple lineup, and fast service — the core is espresso and filter to go, not a broad food menu. It differs from an ordinary chain café precisely in that pairing of in-house roasting with a lean takeaway operation that needs neither a large space nor seating.

As a franchisee you get a license to the Il Toto brand, a proven operating model, the recipes, and access to the network's own roasted coffee, plus training, visual identity, and marketing support during the launch. What stays on you is the premises, its fit-out, hiring and leading a small team, and daily operations. It's closer to 'turn-key' in what makes the coffee the coffee (the bean, the recipe, the brand), but operations, people, and location are your responsibility.
