Greathouse

Greathouse is a Polish real estate brand that grew out of an office in Kielce and is now expanding through franchise branches across Poland. Instead of building a real estate office from scratch, you open a locally branded branch under a shared identity and with a shared back office. The brand's philosophy is deliberately anti-corporate: each branch stays independent and locally rooted while still drawing on a common brand. The network does not currently operate outside of Poland.

As a partner, you receive the brand and visual identity, placement of your listings on the network's central portal and the operational back office of the agency. You then run the office day to day: you find and sign listings, recruit and manage local agents, meet clients, conduct viewings, negotiate and close sale and rental deals in your territory. Exactly what the technical and marketing back office looks like and what support there is for recruiting agents is not detailed by the brand on its website — this is one of the first things you should ask about.
