Greathouse is a modern real estate brand that grows through a partner and franchise network. Instead of building a real estate office from scratch, you open a locally branded branch under a shared identity, shared technology and shared lead generation. The brand's philosophy is deliberately anti-corporate: each branch stays independent and locally rooted while still drawing on a common brand and back office.

Headquarters provides the brand and visual identity, a CRM and listings system, automatic publication of your listings on the central brand portal and major property portals, marketing materials, ready-made contract and legal document templates, dedicated graphic-design support, help recruiting agents and setup of your local online presence. It includes structured onboarding training — a longer program for newcomers and a shorter one for experienced brokers — followed by ongoing mentoring. You run the office day to day: you find and sign listings, recruit and manage local agents, meet clients, conduct viewings, negotiate and close sale and rental deals in your territory.
