Giganci Programowania is a Polish branded network of after-school coding and new-technology schools for children and teenagers, structured by age band; outside Poland it operates under the name Coding Giants. In class, pupils build games, animations and apps and explore tools like Scratch, Minecraft, Python and AI. As a franchise operator you open your own local school, but you don't build the curriculum or develop the software from scratch — you combine an established brand in kids' STEM education with a ready-made teaching system.

HQ supplies the brand and visual identity with usage rights, an extensive library of ready-made lesson scenarios and pupil materials, a proprietary CRM for managing sales and operations, and the transfer of know-how on a commercial, managerial and operational level. You get a personalised landing page carrying your local contact details, structured onboarding with recorded and live training, and an assigned consultant at HQ for ongoing support, trainer recruitment and marketing campaigns — including recurring free open workshops used for lead generation. You secure and run a small local venue, hire and manage programming trainers, drive local marketing and enrolment, and handle day-to-day administration and customer relationships.
