Freedom Nieruchomości is one of the most recognized real-estate brands in Poland, built around a single distinctive method: working almost exclusively on exclusive (sole-mandate) listing agreements rather than open contracts. Each franchise unit is a local branded brokerage that lists, markets and sells (and rents) mostly secondary-market residential property under one consistent brand and one consistent process.

The franchise package splits the roles clearly: headquarters supplies the brand and its recognition, the proprietary CRM and reporting systems, a branded local sub-page, an internal offer exchange between branches, standardized legal and operational documentation, marketing materials and national advertising reach, plus a substantial onboarding training block in sales and branch management and an assigned franchise manager for ongoing support. The franchisee opens and runs the physical branch: secures premises, recruits and leads a local team of agents, wins exclusive listings, executes the local sales process and the home-staging and photography standards, and manages day-to-day operations and compliance.
