Fajne Miejsce

Fajne Miejsce is a Polish indoor children's play-centre concept that turns an ordinary playroom into a curated experience. Instead of the loud, over-stimulating "ball pit plus arcade" norm, it builds on Montessori and Reggio Emilia principles, favouring exploration, sensory discovery and calm without overstimulation. The space is split into zones by age and type of play. It is deliberately parent-friendly — a café corner serves specialty coffee, quality pastries and pizza from carefully sourced ingredients, so adults relax while their children play.

The brand currently relies on a single company-owned venue in Poland and is just launching its franchise — looking for partners in larger Polish cities. It does not operate in Czechia or Slovakia. As a franchise operator you can run either a full-scale facility split into themed zones with a café, or a significantly smaller "natural playroom and café" format for compact premises. Headquarters will hand over the know-how on how to run the play centre. You secure and fit out the location, hire and lead the local team, and run the venue day to day under the brand standards.
