Emotka is a network of emotional- and social-education centres for children and teens. Instead of academic tutoring or a single hobby club, it runs structured year-long programmes made up of connected sessions in small groups led by a certified trainer. The content targets emotional intelligence, stress management, self-awareness and cooperation — soft skills that schools and parents increasingly value, yet few operators offer in a structured, branded form. The scenarios are tiered by age and authored by child psychologists.

As the operator you are first and foremost a trainer: you deliver the workshops personally, not just manage a venue.
