Duży Ben is an extensive Polish chain of specialist alcohol shops and part of the Eurocash retail group. The concept blends a wide, expert-curated range of spirits, wine, beer and craft drinks (including a connoisseur zone) with convenience-store elements — snacks, soft drinks, tobacco, chilled goods — and adds long opening hours, promotions and an integrated online channel with click-and-collect and delivery. That positions the brand as a focused alternative to general convenience chains.

The network operates exclusively in Poland — it has no stores in Czechia or Slovakia and does not offer licences there; moreover, the category is regulated differently in each country, so the concept is not transferable one-to-one. For the operator it is a turnkey franchise: you receive a ready, fully fitted-out store (storefront, interior and product display funded by the group), the established brand and a standardized format, central buying and assortment, marketing campaigns, the mobile app and online sales channels, staff and operator training, and ongoing field support including a dedicated manager. The operator runs daily operations — staffing, customer service, local sales, stock discipline and compliance under brand standards.
