Dunkin' (formerly Dunkin' Donuts) is a globally recognized quick-service chain built around freshly brewed coffee, espresso drinks and its signature doughnuts and sweet baked goods. In Spain the brand trades as Dunkin' (historically "Dunkin' Coffee") and is tuned toward a cafe-style coffee experience. Its strength lies in an instantly recognizable brand with mass awareness and in a compact, high-throughput store format optimized for footfall rather than long dwell time.

As a franchisee you sign a franchise agreement and run the day-to-day store. The franchisor and its local master partner provide the brand, recipes and product specifications, the supply chain, store design and fit-out, support with site sourcing and lease negotiation, a multi-week initial operator training program, point-of-sale and management systems, and ongoing marketing campaigns with operational support. You fund the build-out and equipment, hire and manage staff, run local operations and quality to brand standards, and execute national marketing locally.
