Doppio Malto is an Italian brewpub concept: a large, informal restaurant where its own craft beer is brewed right on the premises, with a full kitchen running alongside it — from grilled meat and burgers to dishes for the whole table. Guests see the brewhouse and tanks with their own eyes and drink beer that has never traveled. It differs from a regular restaurant in that the beer is a house-made product, not purchased stock; and from a classic pub in that people come just as readily for a family dinner as for beers with friends.
