Coffee-Bike

Coffee-Bike is a German mobile coffee-bar franchise built around a custom, fully self-sufficient barista cart on wheels. Each bike runs for a full working day with no external power or water hookup and carries a purpose-built portafilter espresso machine, so two baristas can serve a steady stream of specialty drinks. What makes it distinctive is the combination of a recognizable, design-led cart and total location freedom: it can trade indoors or outdoors, at festivals, fairs, weddings, corporate events, conferences, hospitals, universities, transit hubs and shopping centers — year-round, wherever a stationary café cannot go.

HQ licenses the brand, the cart, the technology and proven procedures, and you operate as an independent entrepreneur. You receive a fully equipped mobile unit, onboarding through the barista-and-business academy (an online course followed by a multi-day in-person training), brand collateral and marketing, a dedicated business consultant for technical, operational and commercial questions, video troubleshooting tutorials, centralized purchasing and bean supply, help finding pitches, and forwarded catering inquiries from HQ's events department. You source sales locations and bookings, run day-to-day barista service and customer care, handle scheduling and local logistics, and manage the books. Mind the entry route: HQ only offers a single bike for a single operator in its core markets. In Czechia, Slovakia, and Poland, the brand does not yet operate, and for these countries, it is only opening the role of a master or area developer for the entire territory, which is a significantly higher commitment than a single cart.
