Coffee-Bike

Coffee-Bike is a mobile coffee-bar franchise built around a custom, fully self-sufficient barista cart on wheels. Each bike runs for a full working day with no external power or water hookup and carries a purpose-built portafilter espresso machine, so two baristas can serve a steady stream of specialty drinks. What makes it distinctive is the combination of a recognizable, design-led cart and total location freedom: it can trade indoors or outdoors, at festivals, fairs, weddings, corporate events, conferences, hospitals, universities, transit hubs and shopping centers — year-round, wherever a stationary café cannot go.

The franchisor licenses the brand, the cart, the technology and the know-how, and you operate as an independent entrepreneur. HQ provides the mobile unit, onboarding through its barista-and-business academy (a short online course followed by in-person training at headquarters), brand collateral and marketing, a dedicated business consultant for technical, operational and commercial questions, video troubleshooting tutorials, centralized purchasing and bean supply, and help finding pitches and events. You source sales locations and catering bookings, run day-to-day barista service and customer care, handle scheduling and local logistics, and manage the books. In some countries the system also runs a master/area-developer layer, but the everyday entry route is a single operator with one bike.
