As the operator you receive a complete package from HQ: the brand, the full menu and recipe library, store design and equipment, site-selection consulting, branded equipment including its importation, exclusive supply of core raw materials (tea, powders, pearls), a multi-week training program partly at headquarters plus on-site opening support, operations manuals and video training, and centralised marketing assets. You secure and lease the unit, fund the build-out and equipment, hire and manage staff, run daily operations to brand standards, and execute local marketing. You are granted an exclusive local territory for your store.
