The method was created by a British coach who brought it from Brazil, and it is overseen by the international confederation ICFDS. At its heart is a structured syllabus of hundreds of individual ball-mastery movements drilled in a fast small-sided format using a special heavier, low-bounce ball that forces more touches and quicker technique. Progress is tracked through a skills-badge scheme rather than match results.
