Bike Cafรฉ is a network of mobile coffee bars built on pedal tricycles โ hand-built carts fitted with a professional espresso machine and grinder that trade at high-footfall spots, markets, festivals and corporate events. The core hook is mobility: instead of paying rent on a fixed cafรฉ, you roll the unit to wherever the crowds are and change pitch as demand shifts. A paired ice-cream-cart concept lets the same operator sell coffee in colder months and ice cream in summer, smoothing out seasonality. The brand leans on an eco, low-carbon and photogenic image.
HQ supplies the fully-equipped branded tricycle, barista and operations training, a tested product and supply chain (coffee, accessories, consumables), marketing materials and ready-made social content, a technical maintenance and repair service, location and event consulting, and a platform for ordering and sales monitoring. The operator registers the business, secures an indoor garage to store the bike, positions the cart at agreed locations, runs daily service, and hires extra staff when scaling to several bikes.
The operator keeps the takings from drink and ice-cream sales plus paid attendance at events, fairs and brand activations. Crucially there is no fixed monthly licence fee โ the ongoing franchise fee is folded into the price of the coffee beans bought from HQ (the ice-cream concept carries no franchise fee), so HQ earns chiefly through product supply rather than royalties. Entry can be an outright cash purchase of the bike or financing via leasing or subscription, which lowers the upfront barrier.
