Best Brain is an educational brand focused on memory, concentration and effective-learning courses for children and teenagers. The whole curriculum is built around a proprietary "Iceberg" method created by the Boral brothers, competitive memory champions. Trainers are themselves trained in memory-sport techniques, and lessons combine in-room teaching with an online exercise platform and a gamified rewards system. The curriculum is laddered across several proficiency levels, so families often stay enrolled for years.

As a franchisee you don't build a school — you run a unit using a turnkey package from HQ. They supply fully scripted lesson plans for every course level, trainer certification and ongoing methodological supervision, a CRM and an IT platform for parents and students, contract and operations templates, marketing support, student-acquisition help, a dedicated coordinator and protected local territory. Your job is to secure students, run (or hire trainers to run) classes in rented rooms such as schools, libraries or cultural centres, and handle local promotion and day-to-day delivery to brand standards. Tiers exist for a standalone unit, for integration into an existing language school, and a micro-format for a single teacher.
