AMAKids is an after-school children's education brand built around so-called mental arithmetic — a method that teaches children, roughly from preschool age through teens, to calculate rapidly in their heads by visualising the beads of a Japanese soroban abacus. The method is marketed as training memory, concentration and visualisation. Around this flagship the brand assembles a whole curriculum suite — memory techniques, speed-reading, mathematics and logic, the multiplication table, English and school-readiness — so a single centre can serve a family for years across multiple subjects. The brand operates in multiple countries, including Czechia and Slovakia.

As a franchisee you don't build the educational system from scratch — headquarters supplies ready-made lesson scenarios and materials for pupils, a proprietary gamified online platform with progress tracking, an e-learning certification platform for trainers with dozens of online courses, central marketing support with national campaigns and ready-made social media content, and contractual territorial exclusivity. Your role is to launch and run the local business: secure premises (or partner with existing schools and kindergartens), recruit and certify trainers, enrol and retain pupils, and drive local marketing and sales. Courses can be run both in a classroom and online.
