Akademia Młodych Sportowców (AMS) is a children's multisport academy that is built on variety rather than a single discipline. Classes blend team games such as basketball, volleyball, football, handball, floorball and rugby with athletics and gymnastics fundamentals, so every child develops all-round motor skills and discovers what they enjoy. Sessions are age-banded from toddlers (with a parent) through pre-schoolers to early-school children, and the whole brand stands for a healthy, screen-free childhood, teamwork, confidence and emotional growth. As an operator you don't start from scratch: HQ hands you a proven step-by-step playbook (an '8 steps to opening' onboarding path), full training for you as a manager and for your coaches, ready lesson scenarios and teaching materials, software for enrolment, payments and parent communication, an operations manual, national brand marketing plus local promo materials, and your own franchise advisor with regular network meetings. Your job is to secure suitable venues (gym and sports-hall time, slots in schools and kindergartens), recruit and schedule qualified coaches (or coach yourself if you hold a PE or pedagogy background), drive local enrolment and marketing, and run day-to-day operations, billing and extra activities.
