inodemy Partner Program Terms
Effective from 27 August 2026
1. Introduction
The inodemy partner program (the “program”) is operated by innie s. r. o., Námestie Štefana Moysesa 42/14, 974 01 Banská Bystrica, Slovensko, Company ID 53 851 293, Tax ID 2121512888 (the “operator”), which runs inodemy.com.
These terms govern the cooperation between the operator and a partner. The cooperation agreement is formed when a partner's application is approved (art. 3); its content is these terms. Participation is free and creates no other obligation.
2. Definitions
Partner — a natural or legal person with an approved application to the program.
Partner code — a unique string assigned to the partner; it identifies their referrals.
Partner link — any inodemy.com address carrying the partner code.
Commission — the partner's reward for a paid order under art. 5.
Attribution window — the period during which a purchase is credited to the partner (art. 4).
Portal — the partner interface at inodemy.com/partner, where the partner sees their numbers, links and payout basis.
3. Joining the program
Any natural person over 18 with full legal capacity, or a legal person, may become a partner. Applications are submitted from a signed-in account in the portal; one account may front at most one partner.
We review applications personally, usually within 2–3 working days. There is no legal entitlement to approval and the operator may refuse an application without stating a reason — in particular for channels with unlawful, misleading or otherwise objectionable content.
No business licence is needed to apply. Commissions are, however, paid against an invoice, so a business ID is required before the first payout at the latest (art. 7).
4. Links and measurement
A purchase is credited to the partner when the customer arrived through a partner link and paid the order within 90 days of the first click (first-touch attribution). This window applies to the whole program and is stated right here in the terms.
Clicks on partner links are counted as aggregate daily numbers — no IP addresses, no visitor identification. The operator's measurement records are decisive; demonstrable measurement errors will be corrected (art. 6).
Only voluntary, conscious clicks of real visitors count. Forced or hidden redirects do not count and are prohibited (art. 9).
5. Commission
The commission follows the package purchased and the currency the customer bought in. Annual access earns 5 € / 150 Kč / 20 zł, lifetime earns 10 € / 250 Kč / 40 zł.
The programme includes a discount code unique to each partner. It gives the customer a discount equal to the partner's commission. The code cannot be combined with any other promotional offer. If a customer arrives through one partner's link and uses another partner's code, the commission belongs to the partner whose code was actually used.
The commission claim arises when the order is paid. Fully refunded orders (withdrawal, refund, chargeback) do not count, and any commission already credited for them is reversed. Partially refunded orders count in full.
The operator may change future commission rates by the procedure in art. 12. Claims that already arose are always governed by the terms in force at the moment they arose — they are never changed retroactively.
6. Measurement complaints
If a partner believes a purchase was not credited, they may raise it by e-mail within 30 days of the purchase, with details (date, time, channel). The operator will check it against its records and correct proven errors.
7. Payout
Commissions are closed by calendar month. The invoice basis (amounts, period, the operator's billing details) is available to the partner in the portal at any time. A payout is made once the commission total reaches 20 € / 500 Kč / 85 zł in the given currency.
The partner issues an invoice per the basis; an invoice delivered by the end of a month is paid by bank transfer no later than the 15th day of the following month. The operator is not a VAT payer. The partner handles the taxation of their own income.
Unpaid commissions never forfeit. A partner without a business ID sees them in the portal and they are paid out once the partner can invoice; there is no deadline in this program whose lapse would cost the partner earned money. Only statutory limitation periods apply.
When the cooperation ends, the minimum payout amount does not apply — balances below it are paid out too (art. 11).
8. Partner's obligations
The partner labels the collaboration as required by law — recommendations carrying a partner link must be recognisable as advertising (e.g. #ad). This is a legal duty of both the partner and the operator.
The partner states only truthful information about inodemy, promotes only on channels they operate or are authorised to use, and keeps their portal details up to date.
9. Prohibited practices
The program prohibits: (a) bidding on the “inodemy” brand, including misspellings, in paid search, and registering domains containing the brand; (b) sending unsolicited messages (spam) through any channel; (c) forced or incentivised clicks, pop-up/pop-under windows, hidden redirects, or any interference with measurement; (d) purchasing through one's own partner link; (e) luring with fabricated discounts, coupons or invented reviews; (f) placing links on channels with unlawful content.
On breach, the operator reverses the commissions that arose from the breach and, in serious cases, ends the cooperation immediately. Commissions not arising from the breach remain the partner's. These terms introduce no contractual penalties; any damages follow the law.
10. Data
About visitors of partner links the operator stores only aggregate daily click counts — no IP addresses, no personal data. The partner's billing details are processed for the cooperation and payouts; details in the privacy policy on inodemy.com.
Individually agreed terms of cooperation are treated as confidential by both sides.
11. Duration and termination
The cooperation is agreed for an indefinite period. Either side may end it at any time without stating a reason — an e-mail or a portal notice suffices; it takes effect on delivery. On a serious breach of these terms the operator may end the cooperation immediately.
Termination does not extinguish claims already arisen: confirmed commissions (except those reversed under art. 9) are paid out regardless of the minimum payout amount.
12. Changes to the terms
The operator announces changes to these terms by e-mail or in the portal at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing in the program after that date means acceptance; a disagreeing partner may end the cooperation under art. 11. Claims already arisen are governed by the version in force when they arose.
13. Final provisions
The relationship is governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably. If any provision is invalid, the others remain unaffected.
